Boston Night Market is a celebration of Asian culture and pays homage to night markets traditionally found in places like Taiwan and Hong Kong. Night markets in Asia center around delicious treats and street food, so I wanted to combine the ambiance of neon lights with a cultural favorite, bubble tea.
